The petitioner, who is working as a Panchayat Teacher in Government Primary School, Jahli Tola, Hariharpur Lalgarh, Block - Barhariya, has filed this writ petition for payment of salary from 15.11.2014 to June, 2020; October, 2020 to December, 2020; July, 2021; January, 2022 to March, 2022 and further from July, 2022 onwards.
3. Since the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher working
Patna High Court CWJC No.8112 of 2023(5) dt.17-07-2025 2/2 as such in Government Primary School, Jahli Tola, Hariharpur Lalgarh, Block - Barhariya, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
