2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by some unknown criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has suspected the hand of the petitioner in the alleged crime because of the previous land dispute. During investigation, no material has come against the petitioner to connect him with the crime.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj/concerned court below in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
