2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 (POCSO Case No. 154 of 2024) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 115(2), 352, 536, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 67, 68 of the Information Technology Act and Sections 4 and 8 of the of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of extending assistance to his son in enticing away and forcefully kidnapping the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31934 of 2025(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 in fact the victim had love affairs with the son of the petitioner and both of them have finally solemnized marriage. Now both the parties have been residing in the house of the petitioner and only the petitioner being the father of co-accused Raju Kumar Singh, with whom the victim has solemnized marriage, his name has been implicated in this case. Taking note of this fact co-accused Raju Kumar Singh has been accorded the privilege of regular bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32615 of 2025 vide order dated 06.08.2025.
5. Upon notice, learned Advocate for opposite party no.2 entered her appearance and supported the submissions set forth before this Court by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking note of the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner, save and except he being the father of the co-accused Raju Kumar Singh, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Case No. 122 of 2024 (POCSO Case No. 154 of 2024), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482
(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close relative of the petitioner.
