The petitioner seeks bail in Isuapur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against petitioner of assaulting the husband of the informant.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other named accused and 10-15 unknown persons assaulted son and husband of the informant with lathi, danda etc. on account of which, husband of the informant became unconscious and died.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31412 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 Post mortem report of husband of the informant has been enclosed as annexure-2 wherein the Doctor has found one bruise and diffuse swelling over occipital region of skull measuring 1" x 1".

Petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra (Saran), in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
