29-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.
The petitioner seeks bail in GRP / Jhajha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013, registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, when the informant alongwith her colleague was travelling in Bibhuti Express and reached near Jhajha Railway Station, one unknown miscreant snatched away her lady's bag, containing mobile phones, Sony Camera, cash of Rs. 5,000/- and other valuable papers/documents and jumped from the train.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation only due to the fact that this petitioner was found using theft mobile phone. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2021. Chargesheet

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with GRP / Jhajha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013.
