Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.11.2019 passed in Supply Case No. 12 of 2018 by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing License No. 122/07 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Pakrideyal has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing representation/revision before

Patna High Court CWJC No.9964 of 2020 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 29.11.2019, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
