JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 This case has been brought under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who, having produced the photocopy of the certified copy of the judgment dated 17.8.2015, points out that in paragraph no.11, the quotation made therein cannot be read.
This Court would find that in paragraph no.11, the impugned order in Hindi has been only quoted and, therefore, whatever has been done while issuing the certified copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner needs to be corrected. In other words, a fresh certified copy of the order must be supplied to the petitioner free of cost after removing the typographical error crept in paragraph no.11 of the certified copy of the order dated
