A counter affidavit has been filed stating that order dated 25.02.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3666 of 2013 has been complied with and the government has issued notification taking decision for grant of benefit under M.A.C.P. policy. In this view of the fact, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
