Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R, informant was returning from Raipur, on the way three miscreants assaulted him and snatched his money, Adhar card, Pan card etc. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely implicated in this case.
