The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the husband of informant by Dabia on his head as a result of which he became severely injured.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2021 having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.
