Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect no.124 in course of the day. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 26.03.2019 when the petitioner went to submit the amount as directed by this Court in the office of the Patna Municipal Corporation, the same was not accepted and now the Kiosk of the petitioner has been demolished. Submission is that the cheque offered by the petitioner was purposely not accepted with an intention to disobey the order of

The present application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court, however, the submission is for initiation of a contempt proceeding. No case for modification of the order is made out, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a contempt application, if so advised.
