2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii) (C), 23(C) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 2.960 Kgs. of charas was recovered from the apprehended co-accused person, who disclosed the name of this petitioner as his accomplice. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
