2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt has been filed for non-compliance of order 25.08.2023 passed in CWJC No.10877 of 2022. Counsel submits that initially the order has not been complied but upon accepting the second show-cause, it transpires to him that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1584 of 2024(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 order has been complied and claim has been accepted. He humbly submits to this Court that the direction for expeditious compliance of the order has been made by the authority in the light of this Court's order be directed to be expedited.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that in the contempt jurisdiction, the Court may not ought to go beyond the limits of the Contempt Act. He submits that the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.10877 of 2022 has been fully complied and if any grievances the petitioner have, he has liberty to pursue before the appropriate forum.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, it transpires to that that order dated 25.08.2023 passed in CWJC No.10877 of 2022 is hereby complied. Hence, this M.J.C. petition is hereby dropped granting liberty to the petitioner that if he wants anything more, he shall pursue before the appropriate forum.

5. Accordingly, the M.J.C. application stands dismissed.
