Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant, Ranjana Devi, by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by putting fire on sprinkling kerosene oil.

No.35606 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the married Nanad of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and she used to reside at her matrimonial house but she has been implicated in the present with ill motive. Further submission is that husband, Ajay Sah, brothers-in-law, Uday Sah and Ravi Sah and mother-in-law, Lalpari Devi, of the deceased are in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
