2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of the writ Court stands complied with. Reference is invited to the order dated 08.12.2011 passed in MJC No. 2492 of 2010 of the main contempt petition in which it was noticed that the retiral dues have been paid except the arrears of revised salary and the revised pension for the period 01.04.1997 to 31.10.2004 after revision of the pay scale.
3. A supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 discloses that the arrears of salary on account of revision of pay from 01.04.1997 to 31.03.1999 amounting to
Patna High Court MJC No.1081 of 2015 dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Rs. 48,112/- has been paid through Cheque No. 001852 dated 23.08.2016 in the pension account of the petitioner. In the supplementary show cause it has been shown that an amount of Rs. 55,940/- by way of revision of pay with effect from 01.04.1999 to 31.10.2004 has also been paid in the account of the petitioner through RTGS vide RTGS letter no. 94 dated 11.02.2019.
4. Having regard to the stand of the opposite parties, the present petition stands disposed of.
