====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2025 Heard Mr. Kamal Kishore Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Manoj Kumar learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 115(2), 352, 353, 61(2) of the BNS, Sections 67 & 68 of the IT Act and Sections 4,8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to love affair between the petitioner and the informant's daughter and finally both have solemnized their marriage presently the informant's daughter is residing in the house of the petitioner as his wife and that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32615 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 parties have also compromised this matter.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the informant accepts the aforesaid factum of compromise.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and his custody period as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Bhimpur P.S.
