The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.315 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in connection with theft of motorcycle, co-accused Vikash Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and his name was disclosed by co-accused, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
