This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018, disclosing offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 354(B), 447, 379, 325, 504, 506, 509 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against all the 11 accused persons of having assaulted the informant. It is apparent from the FIR that there is some dispute in respect of a piece of land between the informant and co-accused Banti Kumar. The petitioners, it is stated, are not even related to the said Banti Kumar. It has been submitted with reference to the injury report that the injury has

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. The petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
