Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI cum Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Madhubani taking cognizance with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 36/2020 for the offences under Sections 341/323/504/354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. A perusal of the impugned order dated 23.03.2021 shows that the same has been passed with due application of mind of the basis of chargesheet and case diary, and after finding a prima facie case was made out against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45632 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 on the basis of accusations in the F.I.R., cognizance has been taken.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned at this stage. In the result, the petition stands dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
