JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Today an affidavit has been filed enclosing the order dated 2.2.2018 and the photostat copy of the cheque dated 2.2.2018 to contend that the payment has been made in compliance of the direction issued by this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped. However, in the event the Principal fails to ensure payment to the petitioners in the light of the letter dated 2.2.2018 and the cheque dated 2.2.2018, the Principal shall be personally liable and liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file an affidavit for revival of the present application.
