JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R, It is a case of assault to the informant by the accused persons, who happens to be husband and father -in-law of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely implicated in this case.There is matrimonial dispute between the parties. Both the parties filed Divorce petition in the Family Court, Bhagalpur in 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42573 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.
