2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner on account of construction of Railway Over Bridge (ROB) by the respondent authorities over the Raiyati Land of the petitioner.

(ii) For further to hold that construction of Railway Over Bridge (ROB) in Lakhisarai Bye Pass over the Raiyati Land of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4214 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 without making payment of compensation amount is illegal and arbitrary action on the part of respondent authorities.

(iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the payment has been made, the writ petition has become infructuous and he prays for withdrawal of the petition.
