This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35263 of 2016(3) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
