3) and order dated 21.06.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (Respondent No.

4) in BLDR Case No. 199 of 2012-2013."

3. A perusal of the earlier order would show that on 29.01.2015, the Coordinate Bench recorded that no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
