Petitioner is an accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 05.03.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76474 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33720 of 2020(5) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 accordingly, rejected.

However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
