The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is a case of recovery of about 50 liters of country made wine near the Machhali Hatta at Sakaddi market. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no recovery of liquor from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S.
