The matter relates to opening/ closing of the gate in the Gynaecology Department in PMCH which according to the petitioner causes harassment to the patients who have to travel long distance.

While Mr. Anuj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner espouses the cause of the petitioner, Mr. S. D. Yadav, learned AAG-9 while opposing the writ petition submits that it is bearing in mind the safety and security of the hospital as well as patients admitted, that such a decision has been taken.
