2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for setting aside the order as contained in memo no. 1915 dated 11.8.2011 issued by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1870 of 2015(3) dt.01-07-2025 2/3 Collector, Begusarai written to Superintendent of Police, Begusarai by which he was informed that 0.68 Acre of Gairmazarua Aam land situated over khesra no.3195, Khata no.533 has been approved for transferring to Home Department by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms and alongwith the letter no.6 dated 9.5.2011 issued under the signature of deputy Secretary, Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, addressed to the Accountant General, Bihar informing that the aforesaid land is being transferred to Home Department as well as memo no.1082 dated 21.8.2012 written by Anchal Adhikari, Teghra to Officer Incharge, Fulwaria by which he was informed that the aforesaid land has been transferred to Fulwaria Police for construction of Police building for which necessary action is being taken as well as letter no.108 dated 21.8.2012 issued by Anchal Adhikari, Teghra to Anchal Amin, Teghra by which he directed the Anchal Amin to demarcate the aforesaid land."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they
Patna High Court CWJC No.1870 of 2015(3) dt.01-07-2025 3/3 have now notified a different land and as such, the prayer has become infructuous. However, he submits that liberty be granted to agitate the matter afresh if situation so warrant.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.
5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate as an when required.
