The petitioners are in custody in connection with Case No. C2/180/19 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 36 liters liquor was seized.
