Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 for the offence under sections 313, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioners are uncles and cousin of the husband of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioners with reference
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75110 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 to statement made in para-10 submits that they are living separately from the husband of the daughter of the informant for the last 20 years and they have no concern with the affairs of the husband of the daughter of the informant.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 subject to the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioners including the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
