This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 dated 04.03.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 15.09.2020, this Court had called for a report about the stage of the case which has been received. The report indicates that in the case final report false has been submitted and the informant has been noticed to press her cause, if so desired. Considering this aspect of the matter, this

In case any order which is passed by the court below aggrieves the petitioner, she would have the liberty to avail of the remedies to which she is legally entitled.
