The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibited Amendment Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is suspected in sale and purchase business of liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has absolutely no connection with the sale of liquor, the liquor was seized from the joint house and not from the exclusive possession of the petitioner.

No.75910 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned 7th Additional Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
