Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.311 of 2014 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. No.209 of 2013 registered under sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not yet been concluded. A report was called for and the learned Additional Sessions Judge XIII, Patna reported that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I am not
