2. The present application has been preferred on behalf of the informant/petitioner for cancelling the bail bond of opposite party nos.2 to 4, who were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3335 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party nos.2 to 4 were granted bail without hearing the petitioner inasmuch as petitioner received the notice of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38276 of 2023(6) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 Court after grant of bail.
4. Vide order dated 06.10.2023, case diary and the final injury report was called for in this case. I have perused the same. The injuries are simple in nature as opined by the doctor. There is no specific allegation that who assaulted the petitioner by means of iron rod.
