Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 234.840 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from rented house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.202 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
