JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 This matter has been listed under the heading 'To be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. Vide order passed on 7.1.2015 bail was granted to the petitioner subject to certain conditions which are mentioned in the order. It is stated by Mr. Onkar Nath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that although the conditions require the father of the petitioner to perform certain obligations but the fact is that the father has deceased and thus the obligations to be performed mentioned at paragraphs (a) and (b) of the order dated 7.1.2015 may be assigned to the maternal uncle.

Taking note of the circumstances let the obligations assigned to the father of the petitioner mentioned at paragraphs (a) and (b) of the order dated 7.1.2015 be performed by the maternal uncle of the petitioner with the other stipulations remaining the same. The order dated 7.1.2015 stands modified to that extent and shall be deemed to have been pronounced accordingly.
