2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner took Rs. 2,30,000/- (Rupees two lacs thirty thousand) from the informant for the marriage of his daughter and when informant demanded his money, the petitioner refused to return his money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not taken any money from the informant. No mode or manner of payment of money to petitioner has been discussed in the F.I.R. Moreover, the dispute is purely of a civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
