2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 178 of 2017 to its original file which was dismissed for default on 18.03.2020 for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 19.02.2020.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the compliance of the order dated 19.02.2020 has already been made.

4. Considering the grounds as mentioned in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1459 of 2023(4) dt.15-09-2023 3/3 restoration application, the present application stands allowed and Second Appeal No. 178 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
