The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 47/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name has subsequently surfaced after almost one year and four months after the matter has been compromised to the F.I.R. named persons. It is further submitted that only because there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant's side, the name of the petitioner has been brought in on account of malice and the petitioner is apprehending his arrest. In view of the distinct cloud on the prosecution story, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event
