JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 454 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other accused persons fired on the informant but anyhow he was saved.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case in between the parties and nobody received injuries which will appear from the FIR itself. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1147 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM , 1st , Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 454 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
