2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the petitioner is attributed to have given Gransa blow on the head and ear of the deceased while other accused persons kept on assaulting him till the deceased died.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and considering that the petitioner is said to have made assault with Gransa on the vital part of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
