2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons fired upon the son of informant, as a result of which he sustained gunshot injury.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioners is a student.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that during course of investigation, one eye-witness Ankit Kumar has named this petitioner.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33795 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
