2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 338, 427 and 329 of the IPC in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.585 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with general and omnibus allegation. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Akhilesh Paswan had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. 22396 of 2024 and the same

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37576 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 was allowed by an order dated 23.04.2024 and since the case of the petitioners are akin to Akhilesh Paswan, as such based on parity petitioners be also granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.585 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
