The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 385, 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant by the butt of gun due to which informant got injury on the left side of eye and thereafter all the accused fled away while firing. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35762 of 2024(2) dt.20-05-2024 2/2 allegation against him and petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 12.03.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria.
