The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 906 of 2014 on the ground that during investigation the witnesses have stated otherwise that the petitioner is not the assailant to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that the deceased before his death has stated as to how he was shot by the petitioner.

Finding no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner, his prayer is again rejected in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 368 of 2013. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months. avin/- (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) U T
