Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the I.P.C.
The allegation is that Santosh Kumar Yadav took money from the informant for providing job to his son and on demand, he handed over appointment letter which was found to be forged. It appears that the petitioner has not received any money from the informant. It is submitted that the case has been compromised and money has already been returned to the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya in connection with Bihpur P.S.Case No,.103 of 2014.
