The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 489(B), 489(c) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that two persons namely, Md. Nurul and Md. Salim have been apprehended by the Police with fake currency notes. They disclosed before the Police that Subhan (petitioner) used to provide fake Indian currency notes on commission basis.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
