Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently in para 1 of the prayer portion of order dated 06.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 52816/2018, Sessions Trial No. 61/2015 has wrongly been typed whereas, it should have been Sessions Trial No. 578/2018 because of the fact that trial of this petitioner has been bifurcated from the original sessions trial. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the main bail petition. Petitioner is given permission to make necessary correction in the bail application during course of the day.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72521 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Thereafter Sessions Trial No. 578/2018 be read in place of Sessions Trial No. 61/2015 in aforesaid order. The modification petition is allowed.
