2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that in spite of the fact that entire amount of retiral dues has been directed to be paid to the petitioner, but the same has not been credited into the bank account of the petitioner.

3. The Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya is directed to ensure that the entire amount on account of different heads of retirement dues is credited into the bank account of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
4. In case, the petitioner finds that the entire amount of retiral dues has not been credited into his bank account within two weeks, he may take appropriate legal action against the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.
5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
