The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 2863 of 2019 arising out of Kotwali P. S. Case No. 225 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation, plea of innocence taken by the petitioner, period of more than two months undergone by him in custody as an under trial prisoner and the statement made in para-3 of the application that he has got no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand
